There is nothing like having awesome sex, smokin’ some greenery, and surfin’ the world wide web of crap. In doing so I have come across some interesting stuff. First of all check out This Day in Rock & Roll History if you would like to know what happened in musical history on your birthdate or any date for that matter. Also, if you would like to learn how to make some moonshine then check out North Carolina Moonshine. For any computer tweakers out there check out this awesome recource for windows called Annoyances. Thats all for now. Time for more green leafy things and some food. Hey Pussy Fans….I’m down here in Jackson, MS attending a school for 3 weeks and just wanted to check in and say HEY. I’ve been here 3 days and miss MISS CHICKY sooooo badly…..I’ve heard through some of the straight shirts down here that if you want to see ” shirtless hard metal that’ll freak ya out” to go to the “DOCK”…..guess what…..as soon as Miss Chicky gets her sexy ass down here the last week I’m here we are going to the DOCK…..cause ya gotta know that we love that shirtless freaky shit……I wish I had something good to report from down here in Mississippi, but as of yet I have nothing cept a bunch of pencil neck tie wearin’ corporate freaks…and they think we are the freaks….ironic isn’t it……The hotel stuck me i a non smoking room…..couldn’t even open the window up cause of a strategically placed screw…..a trip to the hardware section at Target fixed that the frist day though……viola’…..a smoking room…..anyway I’m learning exactly what I came to learn and when I get back to Atlanta I’ll be ready to pour on all that new learned shit that I”m a learnin’……SO……now its time to study a little bit….sneak a little smoke…toke and hit the sack….LATER…Jeff

This morning we woke up to find a package at our door. Inside was a truly awesome gift from Gregg Gibson…a man dedicated to documenting Nashville Pussy shows across the country. He sent us video of Nashville Pussy’s ENTIRE SHOW in Knoxville on 5.30.02, some footage of 2002 shows in Bloomington, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio. He also sent us footage of the NINE POUND HAMMER show in Lexington, Kentucky on 5.17.02. Needless to say we were very happy people this morning.

Gregg…a special thanks for sending the video of the Knoxville show not only cause we were there but because it was one of the best Nashville Pussy shows we have seen yet. Plus it was nice to meet you. 🙂

Nashville Pussy and The Streetwalkin Cheetahs along with White Devils will be playing at the Water Street Music Hall in Rochester NY while the Reverend Horton Heat stays in New York City so he can appear on Late Night with Conan O’ Brien tonight. I hope he plays “Galaxy 500“.

Nashville Pussy’s webmistress has really been cleaning house and making changes over at the official NP website. Spend some time on there and you will find out just how much information the site contains about our favorite band. Visit it often and buy some NP momentos like this bonus CD you can’t buy anywhere else. It is definitely a collector’s item for anybody who likes rock and roll whether you are a Nashville Pussy fan or not…but you better become one or we will personally come and fuck your ass up. :)~~

 

Thanks to Nashville Pussy and Country Starr for letting us set up the new message board…where the real pussylicious fans go to give some love. Since March 7, 2002 there have been 100 messages and 663 visitors to the board. (the pussylicious message board is long gone, but it was fun while it lasted! – 2/12/17 update-mc)

Nashville Pussy will be in New York City the next two nights for shows at Irving Plaza. The last time NP played there was in June 2000 as the headliners with Supersuckers, The Unband, and Speed Dealer opening up. VIVA LA VULVA!

I was fukkin her mouth…..crawld up on the chair to make it all match up…..she kept sayin’ “hard to the wall….hard to the wall”…….at first I was like”~what the fuck?~”….and then I guess I decided to do just that….so I lurched forward, towards the wall, the next thing I know I’m falling over and beside the chair in a manner in which I have no control over…..the left part of my chest hurls into the back of the corner of the chair…..my right kneee lands on her left eye…..i cought myself luckily, maybe unluckily…but luckily nobody was hurt…..however,after laughin our high as fuck asses off for 20 minutes, we realized how fucking HIGH we were…..my chest hurts, her eye will probalby be black as they are blue…..but guess what….I”M HIGH

Return to Atlanta…had a fucking good time!

The last night of the Colorado leg of the NP tour in Aspen was incredible to say the least. I have to say I love it when Blaine talks between songs, and he did it a lot more than usual last night and it was awesome. I wondered before the trip if after a few nights of hearing the same songs over and over could get a little old. I can honestly say that they never got old. Every night was fresh and exciting and the songs rocked increasingly harder every night I heard them. How many bands can you say that about? I can say it about only one….Nashville Pussy. They are the coolest, nicest, hardest rockin’ MF’s I have ever met. I’ll never forget this trip with my baby Paula.

I’d say Miss Chicky covered the last night to a T so I’ll tell about the morning after. The last day. We got up at 6a.m. That sucked. We noticed it was lightly snowing but didn’t think much about it at the time. We took out of there at 7am and by 7:30 it was snowing so fucking hard we could hardly see ahead of us. I have some experience driving in the snow from living in Kansas, but this was like no snow I had ever seen. We had to make it to the airport by noon and at the rate we were going it wasn’t gonna happen. About 2 hours into the drive we noticed a big silver bus with a U-haul behind it being towed up the mountain we were slowly climbing. It was none other than The Reverend’s bus itself trying to get out of there for a show in Lawrence, Kansas tonight.

After about another 30 minutes of driving through almost white outs we stopped for an eye and nerve break in Frisco…a cool little town near Vail. We finally made it to Denver, missing our flight of course, and after 4 different ticket agents fucking our flight back home up we ended up arriving here in Atlanta around 11:00 PM. We rode the Marta to Peachtree Street, walked to the Hard Rock Cafe, had some supper, and then walked home. Here we are back in good old Atlanta. I am sad the trip is over, but glad to be home too. Can’t wait till we get to catch NP again though, and hope that we can do the same again in another state. Thanks for everything guys. And honey, I love you, lets hit the sack.
