This was in Atlanta where we all lived. It was Blaine’s birthday! (thanks Grinding Hell)
 Hearing them play still today sends the tingles up and down to all the good spots. 
It’s fresh! It’s sexy! It’s hardcore! 
This is the original Nashville Pussy that first brought he and I together in 2001.
I am forever grateful.
He found it, he loved it, he gave me some, I loved it, he moved, I waited, he arrived, we got dizzy in love,
in 2002 we went to Colorado to follow this band for a week and this is the story of our lust for Nashville Pussy and each other. 
It was our first “blog”, before Facebook, You Tube, and Twitter by the way. And there would be so much more to come.
I’m so happy it’s here and I can paste it all back together in tribute to US and the incredible NASHVILLE PUSSY!
He and I had an incredible fun lifetime together. It was definitely our time.
BMF died of pancreatic cancer on April 24, 2016.
He was the man. A bad motherfucker. 
I love you BMF.
You are my everlasting.
Life will never be the same without you.

Hey Pussy Fans….I’m down here in Jackson, MS attending a school for 3 weeks and just wanted to check in and say HEY. I’ve been here 3 days and miss MISS CHICKY sooooo badly…..I’ve heard through some of the straight shirts down here that if you want to see ” shirtless hard metal that’ll freak ya out” to go to the “DOCK”…..guess what…..as soon as Miss Chicky gets her sexy ass down here the last week I’m here we are going to the DOCK…..cause ya gotta know that we love that shirtless freaky shit……I wish I had something good to report from down here in Mississippi, but as of yet I have nothing cept a bunch of pencil neck tie wearin’ corporate freaks…and they think we are the freaks….ironic isn’t it……The hotel stuck me i a non smoking room…..couldn’t even open the window up cause of a strategically placed screw…..a trip to the hardware section at Target fixed that the frist day though……viola’…..a smoking room…..anyway I’m learning exactly what I came to learn and when I get back to Atlanta I’ll be ready to pour on all that new learned shit that I”m a learnin’……SO……now its time to study a little bit….sneak a little smoke…toke and hit the sack….LATER…Jeff

Ditto on the vid from Gregg,,,,,It kicks major ass and includes Blaine giving one of the best if not the best intro to a song I’ve ever heard when they played Knoxville…..on another note I’m off to get learned up on some stuff at a school for 3 weeks…..I’ll be checking this page every day for sufficient succelent intepridtudeness fortitude. This morning we woke up to find a package at our door. Inside was a truly awesome gift from Gregg Gibson…a man dedicated to documenting Nashville Pussy shows across the country. He sent us video of Nashville Pussy’s ENTIRE SHOW in Knoxville on 5.30.02, some footage of 2002 shows in Bloomington, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio. He also sent us footage of the NINE POUND HAMMER show in Lexington, Kentucky on 5.17.02. Needless to say we were very happy people this morning.

Gregg…a special thanks for sending the video of the Knoxville show not only cause we were there but because it was one of the best Nashville Pussy shows we have seen yet. Plus it was nice to meet you. 🙂

Back from the Redneck Riveria…

I took four cd’s with me down to Flordia. The three Nashville Pussy albums and a BMF mix consisting of Clutch, The Cramps, Iggy Pop, Dope, Slaves on Dope, Mary Prankster, Impotent Sea Snakes, Elvis, Gillian Welch, Dead Boys, Marilyn Manson, The Pixies, Zen Guerilla, and Nashville Pussy. I was told by a nineteen year old that she didn’t like any of my music, but instead wanted to hear the likes of Bright Eyes, Alkaline Trio, and Dashboard Confessional. I agreed we would take turns being I have such an open mind. After listening to 26 songs by Alkaline Trio I had to pull the plug. I inserted the first album, Let Them Eat Pussy, and clicked right over to the last track, “Fried Chicken and Coffee”. She almost got thru it before finally screaming “STOP! …it’s just noise. It sounds like trailer trash music!”.

I replied, “Exactly”.
