Baked Mozzarella Bread

Finally got around to making this. Easy recipe, and absolutely cannot go wrong with it when there’s Mozzarella!

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp minced olives

1 tbsp minced sun-dried tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or sliced equivalent

half of a baguette

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

2. Mix together well the olives, sun- dried tomatoes and olive oil.

3. Slice the baguette into one inch thick pieces to make a gap (DO NOT slice to bottom!!)

4. Stuff in mozzarella cheese between the gaps

5. Bake the prepared baguette at 350’C for 5-10 minutes

6. Spread olive, sun- dried tomato mixture onto the baked baguette!
