Only the fabulous need apply. The 36-24-36 Secret Society Club, a division of Chronic Tea, Inc., officially launches today. Membership is limited. An opportunity like this can only happen every four years anyway.

Aspartame Poisoning is just another reason to stay away from any type of artifical sweetner especially Nutrasweet. Artificial sweetners can cause headaches and aggravate PMS. God forbid.

Maybe you would consider quitting for my sake? In the meantime while you are making up your mind to save your life, I’ll continue using an expensive air filtration system and dose myself with vitamins E and C, selenium, beta carotene, and some co-enzyme 10 to save mine.

Is the yogurt you eat dead or alive? Probably dead if you eat the organic custard type I like. No matter how it ends up, all yogurt starts out by adding two types of bacteria to milk. The mixture is warmed for a few hours while the bacteria convert milk sugar to lactic acid, which curdles the milk and gives it that wanky flavor. What the yogurt maker does next determine the fate of the bacterial cultures. [more inside]

Your liver is the engine that runs your body. Try to keep it healthy and don’t mistreat it so much. Keep in mind the liver is there to filter everything that goes into your body. If the liver gets out of whack due to excessive toxins you can suffer various beauty problems such as skin breakouts, acne, cold sores, and even psoriasis.

Oh but that is only the beginning. If toxins are allowed to build up in the liver it can result in
allergies, high cholesterol, hypoglycemia, constipation, digestive problems, or fatigue. If the imbalance continues for a long time, serious diseases of the liver, include hepatitis, cirrhosis, jaundice and cancer can develop. If not treated properly death can occur. My own mother died young because of a untreated toxic liver. [more inside]

Use peppermint for indigestion unless you have esophageal reflux syndrome because peppermint will worsen the symptoms. Otherwise use 100-percent peppermint tea leaf form, or enteric-coated capsules of oil (at least 44-percent free menthol). Never ingest pure peppermint oil.

Caffeine is just as addictive but not as destructive as cigarettes and whisky. There are no known lasting effects to the body, it does not accumulate in the blood stream, and is not stored in the body. Once you stop consuming it, you really have no worries that it will cause you any further harm. Plus you are sure to have more energy and feel calmer. [more inside]
