Serves 1 to 2
Ingredients:
- 1-¾ cup fresh Chilean blueberries, divided
- 2 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- Agave to taste
- 1 banana
- 1 cup soy yogurt
- Zest of 1 orange
Directions:
- Bring 1 cup blueberries and the water to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Strain liquid into a bowl and add green tea. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Sweeten with agave.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- To make the smoothie, add 1 cup of the blueberry tea, banana, yogurt, and orange zest. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
