Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients:

  • 1-¾ cup fresh Chilean blueberries, divided
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • Agave to taste
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • Zest of 1 orange

Directions:

  1. Bring 1 cup blueberries and the water to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain liquid into a bowl and add green tea. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Sweeten with agave.
  3. Refrigerate until cold.
  4. To make the smoothie, add 1 cup of the blueberry tea, banana, yogurt, and orange zest. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
