Imitators bow to the Queen.
My grandfather’s name was Sir. Walter Raleigh Wiggins, and he was 100% Seminole Indian. He was good friends with the descendants of Osceola, who was the leader of the Seminoles when the white man tried to take their land from them. Seminoles were known for being bitter, nasty when provoked.
I heard stories that my grandfather had a swastika tattooed on him as well as other tattoos. He was mistaken for a white supremest a lot, but in reality he had Seminole blood and did not like the white man.
My grandfather died one year after I was born (in 1977). My mother told me he got to hold me once.
So, in short, to the one who asked me “Why the swastika? I understand it’s a sign of good, but it’s so misunderstood.” This is one of the 1,000 reasons why I have one tattooed on me. Another large reason is because I believe in Buddhist philosophies, and it’s a Buddhist sign and I have a Buddhist variation on me.
