Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sweet sherry
- 1 cup Tofutti’s Better Than Ricotta
- 1 tablespoon or more agave
- Fresh mint leaves
- Finely chopped almonds or another nut of your choice
Directions:
- Place strawberries and sherry in a bowl, stirring to combine. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together ricotta and agave until smooth.
- Spoon strawberries into a small clear glass. Top with a layer of ricotta. Top with strawberries.
- Garnish with fresh mint and chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
